About the event
Conference AIR “Airport Innovation Roundtable for Central Europe” is an event organized by V4+ Airports Association. The idea behind it is to create a platform where aviation industry professionals can meet and discuss topics related to all essential aspects of the industry.
The concept of roundtable, which has become a permanent part of our history, for us is a symbol of freedom restoration and democracy, both in Poland and Europe, as well as openness for new ideas and solutions.
Our idea is to connect representatives of various countries and various communities related to the aviation industry in order to search for synergies and innovations in our sector of the economy.
AIR2023 is the second edition of the conference. This year innovation remains the most important element. We will talk about newness, both in areas classically associated with new technologies, such as the airport’s IT industry, and innovations in more unexpected areas, such as non-aviation services sales, specialized education, and tourism in the sector and beyond.
The main debate will be devoted to major global trends concerning opportunities and threats to the aviation industry. A separate panel will focus on the impact of the Artificial Intelligence development on Airport Management. Other panels will discuss technical and management issues in context of innovations.
We are pleased to announce that among others we are being supported by such partnering organizations as, IATA, SITA, and the Polish Tourism Organization (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna). We are proud to announce that Mr. Zbigniew Rau, the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, has took over his patronage over the event, while Polish Airports is the Strategic Partner of the conference.
