Kraków Airport is the largest regional airport in Poland. In 2022,Kraków Airport served a total of 7,394,176 passengers, reaching 88% of the passenger traffic level from 2019. This is the second best result inthe history of Kraków Airport, after the record-breaking 2019 when we welcomed our eight millionth passenger. In total, 4,371,440 passengers have been recorded since the beginning of 2023. The airport is a member of the Airports Council International (ACI) and the Regional Airports Association. Kraków Airport’s work is recognised around the world. In 2022, Kraków Airport was awarded 2nd level ACI Airport Customer Experience accreditation by ACI World. The accreditation is granted to airports that strive to raise the standards of service for travellers and see the safety and comfort of passengers as paramount. The distinction objectively confirms the high quality of services provided by Kraków Airport and shows travellers that we prioritise passengers and their needs.
