We are the largest ground handling agent in Poland in terms of the number of carriers served. WELCOME Airport Services has been providing aircraft and passenger handling services to dozens of airlines for nearly 25 years, as well as General Aviation, which serves VIP customers and air cargo.

- We currently employ more than 2000 employees at eight airports located in the country: Warsaw-Chopin (WAW), Krakow (KRK), Gdansk (GDN), Poznan (POZ), Katowice (KTW), Szczecin (SZZ), Warsaw-Modlin (WMI) and Warsaw-Radom (RDO)
- We offer a range of services in the use of comprehensive check-in, airline ticket sales and lost baggage handling. We are a leading company serving passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), providing such services at Chopin Airport in Warsaw, Krakow, Modlin, Szczecin and in Radom.
- In terms of air cargo, we provide comprehensive services at branches in Warsaw, Krakow, Szczecin and Gdansk, we also handle courier traffic in Poznan and Gdansk. In addition to airports where we provide passenger service, we work closely with airports in Lodz (LCJ) and Szymany (SZY), offering services to their customers under the WELCOME Cargo brand. We were the first in Poland (in 2010) to receive the status of a registered agent. We are GDP (Good Distribution Practices) certified, and operate a Customs Agency (in 2022 we received an AEO permit).
