1. How can I register for the WIND’26 conference?
Registration is easy. Please visit our official website at www.v4plus.org/wind When you click the registration button, you will find specific forms for V4+ Association Members, Speakers, Business Partners, and Airports from outside the V4+ group. In the form, we will ask you to confirm your participation in the Airport Tour (limited places!), Welcome Reception, Wellness Session, and the Evening Dinner. You will also find a field for dietary requirements.
2. What if I am not sure which registration group I belong to?
If you are not sure if your company is a member of the V4+ Association or which form to choose, please contact us. You can send an email to info@v4plus.org or call us directly at +48 694 237 641. We will check your status and help you.
3. Which hotel should I book and how can I get to the venue?
The conference will be held at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. Once you register, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get our special rate starting with (220 EUR/night).
- For Speakers: We provide a guaranteed transfer from the airport. Please send your flight details to your contact person (Julia, Amelia, or Andrzej) or to info@v4plus.org.
- For other Guests: Please also provide your flight details. We will try to organize a transfer for you; if it is not possible, we will let you know in advance. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport by taxi or shuttle.
- Budget options: If you need a cheaper hotel, let us know – we can recommend other places nearby.
4. What is included in the event program besides the sessions?
- May 4th: Airport Tour (16:00–18:00) and Welcome Reception with a sea view.
- May 5th: Morning Wellness Session (Yoga/Fitness), conference panels, a Guided Tour of the Old Town, and the Evening Dinner. Please note: The Airport Tour has limited capacity.
5. Is the WIND conference only for women?
While the conference focuses on the role of women in aviation, it is open to everyone. Most of our speakers are women leaders, but we welcome men who want to support innovation and diversity in our industry.
6. What is the dress code?
- Sessions: Business casual.
- Welcome Reception/Airport Tour: Casual.
- Wellness: Sports gear.
- Evening Dinner: Smart casual. Important: We will walk about 1 km through the Old Town, so please wear comfortable shoes.
7. How can I become a partner or a sponsor?
We offer various partnership packages (Bronze to Strategic). Please contact us at info@v4plus.org for the full Partnership Proposal.
8. Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes. After the conference, we will send a digital certificate to your email address.
9. Can I bring a guest to the evening events?
Yes, but there is an additional fee for guests. Please contact info@v4plus.org to register your guest and receive payment details.
10. How much does the registration cost?
- V4+ Members: Free.
- Airports outside V4+: 250 EUR.
- Business Partners: 500 EUR. The fee includes sessions, Wellness, Airport Tour, and lunch. Note: The Evening Dinner is optional and costs an additional 250 EUR.
11. Will the materials be available after the conference?
Yes. Registered participants will receive a link to presentations, a photo gallery, and a summary movie.
12. Will there be a live stream of the conference?
No. We believe in the power of face-to-face meetings and personal networking, so WIND’26 is a live-only event.
