WIND 2026 – Women Innovation Days in Dubrovnik!
We are thrilled to announce the second edition of the Women Innovation Days (WIND’26) conference, taking place from May 4th to 6th, 2026, in the stunning city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. Our host for this year’s event will be the luxurious Hotel Rixos, providing a perfect backdrop for high-level industry discussions and networking.
We are proud to announce that this edition is organized in strategic partnership with Dubrovnik Airport and SITA.
About the Event WIND is a unique platform designed for the exchange of expertise among aviation executives, with a special focus on the role of women in shaping the future of the sector. We prioritize authenticity, practical knowledge, and building a strong community of leaders within the aviation industry, particularly in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
What to Expect? Moving away from traditional, rigid conference formats, WIND focuses on an interactive atmosphere where panel discussions often evolve into engaging workshops. This year’s edition will focus on innovations in airport operations, training, and infrastructure management.
Preliminary Schedule:
- Day 1 (May 4th): Arrival and evening welcome reception by the sea.
- Day 2 (May 5th): * Morning: Networking Yoga session overlooking the Adriatic.
- Mid-day: Full day of merit-based sessions, expert panels, and hands-on workshops at Hotel Rixos.
- Afternoon/Evening: Group integration activities, including a guided tour of the Dubrovnik Old Town and a traditional dinner in the heart of the historic city.
- Day 3 (May 6th): Professional Dubrovnik Airport Tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the latest infrastructure and operational solutions.
