On the 27th of May delegation of “Polish Airports” State Enterprises visited Budapest Airports in Hungary. This is yet another visit of the V4 + Association, which aims to unite the ports of Central and Eastern Europe.

During the meeting, various aspects of cooperation between the two airports were discussed, including the exchange of mutual experiences and know-how. The topics discussed varied between the Carbon Accreditation program, technology and quality of passenger service, ISO certification and administrative issues, such as organization of foreign business trips. Also, participants of the meeting debated cooperation within and involvement in international airport organizations, like ACI EUROPE and V4+ Airport Association, including planned for September AIR 2022 Conference. Both sides expressed their satisfaction over the close cooperation and agreed to maintain high-level exchanges and strengthen linkages between the two organizations.

The activity of the V4 + Association to establish cooperation and real help for European aviation. We are glad that Budapest Airport shares our plans and is interested in cooperation. We will exchange good practices with each other in the field of safety, air operations and technology. We want to carry out joint trainings, promote culture and tourism, and contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge and finding new practical solutions at European airports. We’re convinced that the best possible solutions will be implemented at European airports through the V4+ Airports association.
