We are honored to invite you to another study tour organized by the V4+ Airports Association. This time, at the invitation of the managers of Malpensa and Linate airports, we will have the opportunity to observe the operations of airports around Milan (less than three months before the start of the Winter Olympics).
Milan Malpensa Airport is one of the largest airports in Europe. In 2024, it handled 28.5 million passengers, and together with Milan Bergamo and Milan Linate airports (which will also be visited during the study tour), it handled a total of 56.9 million passengers. Malpensa is also the largest airport in Italy in terms of the number of tons of cargo handled.
General agenda:
- November 23rd – Arrival. Evening viewing of the Milan football derby – we are checking the possibility of purchasing tickets for the stadium. Free time for sightseeing.
- November 24th – Tour of Malpensa Airport (starting at 10:00 a.m.)
- November 25th – Tour of Linate Airport (starting at 10:00 a.m.)
Price for members of the V4+ Airports Association – €350
Price for other airport representatives – €700
The cost of accommodation, hotels, and travel is covered by the participants.

- Arrival in Milan and hotel check-in
- We recommend you to stay at: Hotel AC Hotels Marriott – Milan Sesto (you will get a booking link after singin up for the tour)
- Evening with football, or free time in the city.
November 24th, Malpensa Airport T1
- 9:00 AM – Bus from Hotel AC Hotels Marriott – Milan Sesto to the Milan-Malpensa Airport
- Meeting at the Malpensa Center at 10:00 AM
